What's this all about?

Hello. We're writing a book about the people side of design management. We're trying to make it as practical and experience-based as possible.

As a result we are inviting people we know to come and tell their war stories - the lessons they have learned the hard way, so that others don't have to.

We've got this set of questions about different aspects of working with people, and would love to hear from you about your experience.

This is not one for the theorists - its about experience and what people learn as a result.
