Here's an example to kick things off.
"We were able to do some work with two joint NHS primary care groups. It was a project with a great potential: help us make some sense of jointly offering a service around a specific disease, that was geographically prevalent, and increasing year by year.
It was a mixture of a branding and service design strategy project. Perfect.
We ran a half day workshop with a highly diverse mixture of 100 consultants, district nurses, administrators, managers, clinical nurses, of the two pct's, and patient representatives. We developed service naming concepts around the issues they raised.
What did we learn?
Well, first that in the public sector, new initiatives can change the whole game plan overnight. The person who was responsible for your project suddenly isn't. In fact, no-one owns it any longer."
